Each bride and groom deserves individual, personal attention.  All Hostess City Celebrations Clients receive:

  • A customized Monthly Planning Calendar and Wedding Day Timeline
  • Etiquette advice and guidance
  • Telephone and email contact throughout the entire planning process

Hostess City Celebrations offers consulting services for weddings starting at $3,500.  Assistance is provided with: 

Venues
  • Recommend locations for all of your activities, including the bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, after party and brunch
  • If an outdoor location is chosen, we will be prepared to relocate all activities to the backup location in case of inclement weather
  • Handle arrangements for guest accommodations and transportation
Budget
  • Assist with establishing a budget
  • Recommend the best vendors and service providers based on your vision and budget
Vendors
  • Schedule required appointments with vendors
  • For destination weddings, prepare written itinerary for each vendor visit
  • Serve as point of contact for all service providers during entire planning process
  • Organize and coordinate all deliveries and vendor responsibilities
  • Ensure vendor contracted duties have been performed prior to distributing final payments due the day of the wedding
Preparation
  • Proofread printed materials and assist with appropriate wording, including save the date cards, invitations, lodging inserts, welcome letters, etc.
  • Assist with menu selection and room layout for reception
  • Oversee set up of ceremony and reception
Direction
  • Direct the rehearsal and ceremony; coordinate processional and recessional
  • Coordinate plans for ceremony with venue, musicians and officiate
  • Instruct wedding party and ceremony participants of their duties
  • Ensure reception runs smoothly, coordinating all details with venue, caterers, musicians, and other service providers
  • Coordinate reception events to follow the arranged schedule – from arrival to getaway – and make seamless adjustments throughout the event
  • Allow the bride, groom and their family to feel like a guest at their own event

Hostess City Celebrations does not limit our services to those listed above, as we tailor services to our clients’ needs.  We can also:

  • Coordinate site selection visit, scheduling appointments and accompanying you to those ceremony and reception locations that are available on your selected date
  • Coordinate vendor visits throughout the planning process, scheduling appointments and accompanying you to prospective and selected vendors
  • Assist in selection of wedding attire
  • Hand address invitations
  • Research, assemble and deliver custom favors, hospitality gifts and welcome baskets
  • Provide on-site management of rehearsal dinner and any other related celebrations
  • Complete elaborate décor plans
  • Provide Assistant Directors to work with your Wedding Director for events with large guest lists and/or bridal parties

Additional hourly rate is $60.
